On-Boarding - The adventure begins!
Congratulations on your new role at Auzilium! As part of your onboarding process, you will be enrolled in the Auzilium Academy’s “The Auzilium Experience” program. This tailored education and development course is designed to help you become acquainted with your colleagues, internal routines, and work sets. You will also receive training on the “Best Practice” for working efficiently and accurately with Microsoft Business Central solutions. Over the course of several weeks, you will gain valuable experience working with customers. Upon completing the Auzilium Academy, you will be fully prepared to pursue the MB-800 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Function Consultant certification, which is ideal for those looking to work as a functional consultant implementing the core setup of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for small and medium-sized companies.
Post-Boarding - A true “Auzilier”, ready for the future!
Once the on-boarding process has been fully completed, post-boarding begins. Typically, this occurs around the 12-month mark. Auzilium prides itself on being a premium partner in an industry that is constantly evolving technologically. This means we are always striving to stay ahead of the curve and provide our customers with the most cutting-edge solutions available. Even though the on-boarding process is finished, we remain committed to enhancing our knowledge and skills to offer our customers the best possible service.
